We can also offer most of the tools in the range with small adjustments to sizes and colours at little or no extra cost. So if for example you would like a crook handle cane that is 32” rather than the standard 36”, you only have to say so and we will be happy to alter the size for you. Sizes and colour variations. We make every effort to match the colour and size descriptions you see in the catalogue. Please bear in mind that as we make all our items by hand from natural materials there may be slight variations in size, shape and colour. If you have an exact specification for an item that you wish to order, please tell us when you order.

Postage, packing, payments and recorded delivery. Everything we supply via mail order is sent in very secure plain packaging. No one will be able to guess the contents of your parcel. We want you to receive your goods in the same condition as they leave my workshop, so we do pack the items well. We strongly recommend that you have your items sent via recorded delivery. We can now accept Credit Card Payments as well as Debit Cards.

Paddles, Tawses and Straps.

We visit the tanneries to buy our leather stock and spend considerable time selecting the hides we use. Each hide is carefully inspected to ensure quality of finish and texture. The leather tools we supply are made to our own unique basic design and finished by hand. We do not use any artificial hides or finishes. When we say the item is hand stitched we mean exactly that, there is NO machine stitching. As of 1st September 2004 every leather item we supply will be clearly marked with our logo. We do not sell any leather tools made by another manufacturer.

We are able to offer a custom made service for leather items not listed in the catalogue. If there is an item you would like to order, but would like an alteration please contact us before ordering. Most small alterations will be done free of charge.
